Dave Smalley playing Dag Nasty's 'Can I Say' at Grand Victory
Dag Nasty are currently reunited with original singer Shawn Brown, with new music out and an upcoming appearance at Asbury Park’s Punk Rock Bowling this Saturday (6/11). Meanwhile, Dave Smalley — who sang on their classic and insanely influential 1986 debut LP Can I Say — will perform that album in full on July 10 at Grand Victory in Brooklyn. That’s a tiny room, and it doesn’t seem like this show will be anything but crazy. Tickets are on sale now.
Smalley is also performing Dag Nasty (and ALL and Down By Law) songs at the Jon Bunch tribute in Philly on June 25.
