David Crosby

David Crosby announces tour, says a CSNY reunion would be "fine with" him (and Neil Young too)

Last year, David Crosby released Lighthouse, quite possibly his best solo album since his 1971 solo debut. He did some touring in support of it (we caught him in NYC), and he’s now set to hit the road again this spring. For this tour, he’s promising to play music off an upcoming album called Sky Trails. He’ll be joined by James Raymond on keys, Mai Agan on bass, Steve DiStanislao on drums, Jeff Pevar on guitar and Michelle Willis on keys and vocals.

The upcoming tour doesn’t include a return to NYC, but Croz will be nearby for a Jersey show at Bergen PAC on May 16 and a Long Island show on May 18 at The Westbury Theatre. Tickets for those shows go on sale Friday (2/3) at 11 AM and noon, respectively, with various presales starting beforehand. All dates are listed below.

In related news, while a CSNY reunion has seemed unlikely for a while now, Neil Young said in a recent interview with MOJO that CSNY has “every chance of getting together again” and Crosby followed that with a tweet suggesting he’d be in too:

Last year, Graham Nash — who played NYC a week ago with the David Crosby-loved Shawn Colvin — said he didn’t want anything to do with CSNY.
