David Nance Group releasing new LP on Trouble in Mind, share "Poison," touring

Highly prolific DIY cult hero David Nance will release his next record, Peaced and Slightly Pulverized, on October 5 via great Chicago label Trouble in Mind. (2017’s Negative Boogie was on Ba Da Bing.) Credited to the David Nance Group, the record was made with his band featuring fellow Omaha musicians including guitarist Jim Schroeder, bassist Tom May, and drummer Kevin Donahue. The first single is the anthemic, fuzzed-out, Crazy Horse-ish “Poison” which you can stream below.

The David Nance Group will be on tour this fall, including a Brooklyn show at Union Pool on November 4. Tickets for that show will be on sale soon.

All dates are listed, along with album art and tracklist, below.
