Deadguy

Deadguy reunite in a new photo (and teasing more?)

Deadguy, whose sole album Fixation On AA Co-Worker (1995) is one of the best ’90s metalcore albums, have been broken up since 1997, and since then vocalist Tim Singer formed the equally great Kiss It Goodbye and much more recently has been fronting the new band Process Black. It seems like something might be stirring in the world of Deadguy, though, as Lambgoat points out that Tim posted a picture to Facebook over the weekend with the lineup of the band’s 1994 Work Ethic EP all back together today, and the caption “Hell froze over.”

Longtime New York hardcore showgoer/record collector Jay Gordon also tweeted “1990S HARDCORE FANS REJOICE – DEADGUY IS BACK,” and in a reply added, “I sent keith a txt ‘you sneaky fuck,'” likely referring to Deadguy (and Kiss It Goodbye and Rorschach) guitarist Keith Huckins.

It doesn’t seem like we can be sure anything is definite yet, but our fingers are crossed!! Stay tuned for more.
