Death (Detroit) release political new single "Cease Fire"
Detroit punk legends Death released N.E.W., their first album of new music since the ’70s, back in 2015. This week they returned with a new political single, “Cease Fire,” which is backed by “You Are What You Think” from N.E.W. (order yours). Here’s what Death say about the new song:
“Cease Fire” the new Death single is a continuation of the social conscious voice that Rock ‘N’ Roll music states to all people. If John Lennon were alive in this world today, we are sure he would echo the same sentiments, because we have to first put the guns down and stop the senseless shooting so we can “Give Peace A Chance.”
