Deathwish albums available for $1 or more to help support bands amidst coronavirus

Coronavirus has been forcing bands all across the board to cancel tours, and as touring is a main source of income for bands, artists and labels are looking for new ways for fans to support their faves. One label, Deathwish Inc, has made several of their releases available for whatever price you want, starting at $1, including albums by Converge, Code Orange, Deafheaven, Loma Prieta, Gouge Away, Frail Body, Greet Death, Harm’s Way, Cold World, Cult Leader, and HarborLights.

“In order to support our bands who have had tours and shows affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, we are offering their DW releases for download as ‘Pay What You Want’ on Bandcamp. All proceeds from these digital downloads will be delivered directly to the bands,” the label writes. And they later add, “We will continue updating this list as more bands are forced to cancel shows and tours. Thank you for your continued support.”
