Deep Swell (feat. mems Clutch) released 'Lore of the Angler,' playing shows (dates & streams)

Deep Swell

Deep Swell is a side project-y collaboration between Clutch guitarist Tim Sult and The Woodshedders drummer Jesse Schultzaberger. Unsurprisingly, the band play smoky throwback rock with touches of funk and psychedelica; they’ve also got a charismatic singer in Briena Pearl. Their debut album, Lore of the Angler, is on sale now.

Clutch’s current tour with The Sword is skipping NYC (though you can catch it in Port Chester on 1/11), but Deep Swell may fill the void in your soul with their NYC appearance at Saint Vitus on February 9. The supporting lineup hasn’t been announced yet, but tickets are on sale. They’re also playing in their hometown of Shepherdstown, WV, on 2/7.
