Deer Tick share two songs off new LP, touring w/ Courtney Marie Andrews

Deer Tick‘s new album, Mayonnaise, is out this week and features a mix of covers and outtakes that serve as a companion piece to 2017’s Deer Tick Vol. 1 and Deer Tick Vol 2 albums. They’ve just shared “Too Sensitive for This World,” which is a Ben Vaughn cover, and a video for the album’s opening cut, “Bluesboy.” The video was culled from fan-shot video at a recent Providence basement show and is loaded with “easter eggs” for eagle-eyed fans. The band will tour in support of Mayonnaise this spring with Courtney Marie Andrews as opener, and dates include two stops in NYC: Rough Trade on April 30 and Music Hall of Williamsburg on May 2. Tickets for those shows go on sale Friday, February 1 at 10 AM with AmEx presales starting Wednesday (1/30) at 10 AM.

Courtney Marie Andrews, who released the very good May Your Kindness Remain on Fat Possum last year, is also playing Pickathon. All of her dates are listed below too.
