Dent May signs to Carpark, releases new single "Face Down In The Gutter Of Your Love"
Mississippi pop eccentric and leisure enthusiast Dent May has just signed with Carpark who will release his new album sooner than later. Details of that LP (his fourth) have yet to be released but Dent has just released a terrific new single, “Face Down In The Gutter Of Your Love.” Vibrant ’70s soft rock earth tones abound on this piano-driven number that recalls ELO and Nilsson by way of a discotheque, but all through Dent’s dented mirror (see: the song title).
