Destruction Unit unleash "The Upper Hand," playing CMJ

Destruction Unit‘s new album Negative Feedback Resistor drops September 18 via Sacred Bones. We already heard “If Death Ever Slept” and now we get a second single: “The Upper Hand.” Like their recent live shows hinted, it looks like this record is upping just about everything: the speed, the heaviness and the psychedelia. “The Upper Hand” is even more proof of this. Head below to listen, and don’t play this thing at low volumes.

The band also added tour dates, including NYC shows during CMJ. One is at Alphaville on 10/17 with Pawns (tickets), and there are more TBA. All are listed below…
