DIIV just announced a one-off acoustic show at Brooklyn’s new Murmrr Theatre on August 17 (tickets), where they’re promising “new arrangements, covers, new music, maybe even some new clothes (but probably not).” In the covers department, they’ve just shared their take on Sparklehorse’s “Cow,” which shows a side of DIIV we’ve never heard before, though it does hew fairly close to the original.
