Dim Mak celebrating 20 years; SBCR = the Bloody Beetroots

Though Dim Mak artists aren’t covered on the pages of BrooklynVegan as often as they used to, let’s not forget that EDM celebrity DJ Steve Aoki started his label with releases like Pretty Girls Make Graves and The Kills. Bloc Party, the Klaxons, Be Your Own Pet, MSTRKRFT, The Bloody Beetroots and many more have also called the label, which is turning 20 this year, home.

20th Anniversary label celebrations include a show in Miami, and one in Austin as part of SXSW that looks like this:

And bringing some heat: Steve Aoki, SBCR x The Bloody Beetroots, LIL UZI VERT, Watch The Duck, R3ll, Gitchii, Alizzz, Bok Nero, Hex Cougar, the Brownies and Lemonade All-Stars, and some secret guests! – Saturday, March 19th!

That one takes place at the Main aka the main big room of old Emo’s.

Meanwhile, Dim Mak-signed SBCR aka Sir Bob Cornelius Rifo of the Bloody Beetroots, will DJ in NYC between Florida and Austin at Space Ibiza on Friday, 3/18. Tickets are on sale.
