DMX joining Soul Rebels in Brooklyn before 'It's Dark And Hell Is Hot' tour
As mentioned, New Orleans brass band The Soul Rebels are touring and landing in NYC this weekend for shows at Brooklyn Bowl on Friday (3/29) and Saturday (3/30). Macy Gray was supposed to be a special guest at night one but she had to sadly drop off, but the silver lining is that DMX was added in her place! Talib Kweli is also a guest on night one, and Matisyahu is a guest on night two (tickets).
The Soul Rebels are also playing Garcia’s at The Capitol Theatre tonight (3/27) in Port Chester, NY (tickets). All Soul Rebels dates here.
After that Brooklyn Bowl show, DMX will continue his It’s Dark and Hell is Hot 20th anniversary tour, including NYC shows on April 1 and 5 at Irving Plaza (sold out but resale tickets available). He’s also playing the album at both days of Once Upon A Time in the LBC.
