Eagulls share "Skipping" from new LP
UK band Eagulls have shared another song of their forthcoming second album, Ullages. Like the previous singles, “Skipping” shows a band that is taking its foot off the gas a little this time in favor of a more nuanced sense of dynamics and textured instrumentation. With a pulsing bassline that weaves in and out of the mix, this is the strongest of the new LP’s singles as well. Check it out below
The first 100 vinyl preorders of Ullages come with a limited edition 7×7″ flexi disc containing “Skipping,” handwritten lyrics, and artwork by iconic Leeds photographer Peter Mitchell. The band will be in NYC to play Rough Trade on May 9 (tickets) which is currently their only U.S. show. All dates are listed below.
