Eels announce big tour, small Brooklyn shows, free 3-song EP

Eels at Terminal 5 (photos by Andrew St. Clair)

After mounting a less than three month, four continent world tour last year, Eels will dial it down a notch for a second set of dates this year that will only take them across three continents in around the same amount of time. Kicking off in California on June 1st, the band will head to China to play a pair of dates and then tour Europe before heading back to the US where they’ll eventually play Music Hall of Williamsburg on July 29 & July 30 (much smaller than Terminal 5). Look for tickets on Ticketmaster soon.

The band is also offering a free download of a three-song EP culled from the band’s recent three LPs: Hombre Lobo, End Times, and Tomorrow Morning. Download that for the price of an email address, and check out all tour dates (and some videos) below.
