Eels announce new album 'The Deconstruction' & tour, share title track
Indie vets Eels will follow 2014’s The Cautionary Tales of Mark Oliver Everett with The Deconstruction on April 6 via E Works/PIAS. The title track is out now, and it shows that Mark Oliver Everett’s songwriting is still in very fine form (it also has some nice string arrangements). Mark Oliver Everett (aka E) & co. are also heading on tour in spring/summer, including a NYC show on June 9 at Brooklyn Steel. Tickets for that show go on sale Friday (1/19) at noon with an AmEx presale starting Thursday (1/18) at 10 AM. All dates are listed below.
E has also been busy starring as Brian in Judd Apatow‘s Netflix series Love, which will premiere its third and final season on March 9.
