Explosions in the Sky announce 20th anniversary tour
Post-rockers Explosions in the Sky hit their twentieth anniversary as a band this year, and they’re celebrating by going on a fall North American tour. Starting in Los Angeles on September 12, EITS make their way through Oakland, Salt Lake City, Denver, Raleigh, Buffalo, Detroit and other cities, concluding in Oklahoma City on October 24. The tour includes two NYC-area dates: Queens’ Knockdown Center on on October 13, and Sayreville, NJ’s Starland Ballroom on October 12. Tickets to all dates go on sale Friday 4/19 at 10 AM local time, with presales beginning Tuesday 4/15 at 10 AM (password: EITS99)
