Eyehategod sold out Saint Vitus, officially playing Acheron show this weekend ++ video with new drummer Aaron Hill

Eyehategod at Housecore Horror Fest 2013 (more by Trent Maxwell)
We mentioned last week that a “mystery” band billed as the Big Easy Sludge All-Stars had announced a show at Acheron on 11/16, alongside Trenchgrinder and Syphilitic Lust. In a shocking turn of events that has no doubt surprised at least two or three people, the venue has now announced that the “Big Easy Sludge All-Stars” are indeed Eyehategod. Surprise!
This show should be seriously awesome — EHG rarely play such small venues these days, and it’ll be an opportunity to catch them with new drummer Aaron Hill if you don’t hit their sold-out show with Mutilation Rites and The Communion at Saint Vitus on Thursday (11/14t). Tickets to Acheron are still available.
Meanwhile, you can check out video of new drummer Aaron Hill in action at a recent show in Columbus, OH (via Blabbermouth), along with Eyehategod’s current tour schedule, below…
