On Thursday night (10/17), Frank Ocean hosted the first edition of PrEP+, his new queer club night in NYC. It happened at a secret location divulged only to attendeees, which wound up being techno club Basement, the relatively new venue that’s part of Queens’ Knockdown Center. Despot claims to have been there (“Yea I’m at the frank ocean rave too guys there’s sex here it’s crazy I’m proud of all of us,” he tweeted), and people are saying they spotted Brockhampton’s Kevin Abstract, too.

During the course of the party, Frank seemed to debut new music over the club’s speakers, and French duo Justice appeared as surprise headliners. Although the party’s rules banned photography and video, a few snippets of some new Frank tunes surfaced anyway. Judging from these short clips, Frank’s been flirting with spacier, club-ready material, which was fitting given the environment. You can hear those snippets below.

Additionally, NYC-based producer SXYLK did a DJ set at the party, and shared a special PrEP+ mix to Soundcloud in honor of the event. “So flipping exCited to be djing the inAugural frank ocean prep+ party!!!!,” they wrote on Instagram. “Made a special mix just for the occasion.” After the party, SXYLK told The FADER that their set was cut short, and the party left a bit to be desired. “Justice was everything, but the party was lacking in actual queer underground DJs […] Brooklyn is becoming the new Portland and industry heavyweights should run in the opposite direction.” You can stream the mix in full below.

Update: streams of Justice and Sango debuting their remixes of the new Frank Ocean songs “Dear April” and “Cayendo,” respectively, have surfaced:
