full Death Match NYC 2019 lineup (Protomartyr, Ceremony, Mannequin Pussy, Downtown Boys & more added)

The lineup for the second annual NYC edition of Thrasher x Vans Death Match — which takes place at Queens’ Knockdown Center on October 5 & 6 — has been announced. Day one is mostly punk and indie rock day (with a little hip hop too), including the previously announced Beach Fossils, plus Protomartyr, Ceremony, Tommy Wright III, Downtown Boys, Show Me The Body, Mannequin Pussy, Collapsing Scenery, Slayter, and Phantasia.

Day two leans hardcore and metal, with previously announced legends Obituary and Agnostic Front, plus a solid lineup of newer bands including Haram, Fiddlehead, L.O.T.I.O.N., Krimewatch, Coke Bust, Fuming Mouth, Nosebleed, and Bad Shit.

It’s a free, all ages event, and RSVP is open now.

As recently mentioned, Downtown Boys also have a smaller headlining NYC show on November 10 at Union Pool (tickets).

Mannequin Pussy’s tour includes a sold-out NYC show at Rough Trade this Wednesday (9/18).

Fuming Mouth is touring with Sanction, Queensway, and Vatican, including a show at NJ’s Asbury Park Brewery on November 10 (tickets).

Show Me The Body are touring with Daughters and HEALTH, including a NYC show at Brooklyn Steel on December 19 (tickets).

Agnostic Front’s tour with Prong hits NJ’s Asbury Lanes the day before AF play Death Match (10/5) (tickets).

Obituary are also touring with Abbath, Midnight, and Devil Master, including NYC’s Gramercy Theatre on 10/19 (tickets).
