Future playing late NYC show after Roots Picnic, before Summer Jam

Annual NYC-area hip hop fest Hot 97 Summer Jam happens this Sunday (6/5) at MetLife Stadium, and since we last spoke, Future was added as a headliner, and Fat Joe & Remy Ma and Travi$ Scott were added too. They join a lineup that includes G.O.O.D. Music w/ Pusha T & Big Sean, DJ Khaled & Friends, A$AP Rocky & Ferg, Young Thug and more, plus Chance the Rapper and more on the side stage. Tickets are still available. Updated lineup/poster below.

Future also plays Philly’s Roots Picnic on Saturday (6/4) at 8 PM, and after that he’ll come over to NYC for a Summer Jam pre-party at Space Ibiza (637 West 50th St). That goes from 10 PM to 4 AM. Tickets are on sale.

This summer, Future also goes on a co-headlining tour with Drake that includes four MSG shows, two Barclays Center shows, and two Prudential Center shows.

As you surely know, Fat Joe & Remy Ma are totally relevant again thanks to their massive hit “All The Way Up.” As you also probably know, that song now has a remix with a verse from Jay Z that’s (obviously) a TIDAL exclusive.

Also, this means that G.O.O.D. Music are playing Summer Jam the exact same day Kanye plays Governors Ball. Earlier today, Kanye debuted the lead single from the upcoming G.O.O.D. Music album Cruel Winter.

And DJ Khaled’s set will be right on the heels of releasing his Drake-featuring single “For Free.”
