Get Dead releasing 'Honesty Lives Elsewhere' (stream a track)
Cali punks Get Dead are following their 2013 debut album Bad News with a new LP, Honesty Lives Elsewhere, on July 29 via Fat Wreck Chords (pre-order). It’s got contributions from Miles of toyGuitar and Joey from Old Man Markley, and Fat Mike helped produce it. Singer Sam King says “It’s a fast, fun record and we can’t wait to unleash it.”
We’ve got the premiere of “Dyin’ Is Thirsty Work,” which is raw, raspy stuff in the Hot Water Music/Lawrence Arms school of punk. If you dig that stuff, you’re probably gonna find that Get Dead do it really well. Give it a rip below.

UPDATE: Get Dead added more tour dates, including NYC on September 29 at Goldsounds with Grundle Thunder and The Simpler Times. Tickets for that show are on sale.
