Girls Against Boys and SAVAK playing Saint Vitus (BV Presents)
Post-hardcore/noise-rock vets Girls Against Boys stay active — they just played Riot Fest Chicago and a Brooklyn warm-up show before that. They’ll be heading to Texas in November for the inaugural Sound on Sound festival, and they’ll again warm up for that in Brooklyn, playing Saint Vitus on November 3 and BrooklynVegan is excited to be presenting it. Making this a very DC-scene show is SAVAK, the band featuring members of Edsel and Nation of Ulysses. Tickets go on sale at noon today (9/23). Hope to see you there.
