Grimes appears on Poppy's new song "Play Destroy" (listen)
After appearing on a song by Mindless Self Indulgence’s singer and announcing she’d be on Bring Me the Horizon’s new album, Grimes has done yet another sorta-unexpected-but-not-really-surprising collaboration. She’s on the new song “Play Destroy” by YouTube star turned major label pop star turned Mad Decent-signed pop star Poppy. It’s on Poppy’s just-released album Am I A Girl? and it starts out sounding very bubblegum, but then it turns into chugging metal (yes, really). You can hear it below.
