Haim announce new LP, share Paul Thomas Anderson-directed video, playing ‘SNL’

Sisterly pop trio Haim will release second album Something to Tell You on July 7 via Columbia Records. The first single is “Right Now” and the video for the song is directed by Paul Thomas Anderson (There Will Be Blood, Boogie Nights). He shoots the band performing the song live in the studio, moving around them in one take as they switch instruments. You can check that out below.

Haim will appear as the music guests on the May 13 episode of Saturday Night Live which is hosted by Sean Spicer impersonator (and so much more), Melissa McCarthy. They’ve also got a few tour dates lined up, but nothing on the East Coast. Those dates are listed below.

Speaking of SNL, the Season 42 finale is May 20 which is hosted by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and features musical guest Katy Perry (who’s releasing a new single with Migos called “Bon Appetit” this Friday). The May 6 episode is with LCD Soundsystem and host Chris Pine.
