Haybaby sign to Tiny Engines for debut LP, playing shows

by Andrew Sacher

Brooklyn’s Haybaby are regulars on the local live scene (maybe you’ve seen them?), and they’ve now signed to Tiny Engines (Cayetana, Beach Slang, The Hotelier) for their debut LP. It’s called Sleepy Kids and is due out this summer. More details and new songs to be released, but in the meantime you can check out their 2013 EP, Superpresent, below. It’s part punk, part post-punk, and part indie pop, and it’s pretty promising.

Haybaby have tour dates coming up, including a hometown show on March 5 at Shea Stadium with Whitewash, Chimes and Bueno. That starts at 8 PM and is $7 at the door.
