Hot Chip's Joe Goddard shares "Home" video, touring in May
Hot Chip co-frontman Joe Goddard‘s new solo, Electric Lines, is out later this month (4/21) and the new single is warm disco number “Home” which features vocals from Daniel Wilson. The video for the song was directed by Pete Fowler, whose distinctive graphic style has appeared on most Super Furry Animals releases and here animates the dreams of a club-goer who falls asleep in a cab home after a club all-nighter. It’s a very cool video and you can watch that, and check out the Morgan Geist remix of “Home,” below.
Goddard will be touring in support of the new album, and will bring his brand new live set-up to Brooklyn on May 19 at House of Yes with Doorly. Tickets are on sale now.
