Hum of Oblivion (ex-Jeane) shares new single “Where Ya Come From,” playing Elvis Guesthouse tonight with New Myths

by Bill Pearis

Hum of Oblivion

Some of you may remember Paul Dally who fronted shortlived NYC band Jeane (who were known as Vacation before that) who I really liked. His new project is Hum of Oblivion which is electronic pop, but very human sounding thanks to Dally’s weathered, emotive vocals. (Dally also knows his way around a hook.) You can check out the video for first single “Runnin'” and we’ve got the premiere of second single “Where Ya Come From.” Both are below and worth giving a spin. Look for HoO’s debut LP in the spring of 2016.

You can catch House of Oblivion live tonight (8/25) at Elvis Guesthouse with New Myths, Psychic Twin and Ian Mellencamp. Flyer for the show is below.
