Iceage

Danish punk bands Iceage and Lower came to NYC for this year’s Northside Festival, during which they played Music Hall of Williamsburg on Thursday (6/13) with local shoegaze mainstays A Place to Bury Strangers and newer (but still noisy) locals Bennio Qwerty and Bambara.

It’s since been announced that Iceage and Lower will stick around for the Pitchfork Showcase which happens at Saint Vitus on Friday (6/14). Also on the bill is Loke Rahbek of Iceage side project Var, another Danish musician Puce Mary (aka Frederikke Hoffmeier), Age Coin (members of Lower and Var), and as discussed, Lust for Youth. Tickets for that showcase are still available, and you can also try to get in with your Northside Badge.
