Into It. Over It., Pianos Become the Teeth & Mother Evergreen played Chicago (pics)

Chicago indie/emo staples Into It. Over It. played a hometown show during the Tomorrow Never Knows festival at the Metro on Friday (1/13) where they played their first official LP, Proper, in its entirety, and then took audience requests for the second half of the set. They also hand-picked the openers. One was fellow Chicago band Mother Evergreen, whose self-titled LP was one of IIOI leader Evan Weiss’ favorite albums of 2016. The other was Pianos Become the Teeth, who are in the midst of playing some shows. Pictures are in the gallery above.

PBTT’s tour schedule brings them to NYC on March 4 at Brooklyn Bazaar with more bands TBA. Tickets are still available.
