Earlier this year Jane Birkin brought her Le Symphonique tour, a tribute to her late husband Serge Gainsbourg featuring orchestrated versions of songs from throughout his career, to NYC. She’s continuing to play ‘Symphonic’ shows and will be back in North America in 2020 with dates in NYC and Montreal announced for March. The NYC show, which happens March 6 at Beacon Theatre, should be pretty special with appearances by Iggy Pop and her daughter, Charlotte Gainsbourg. Tickets for Beacon Theatre go on sale Friday, October 18 at 10 AM with presales beforehand.
