Jarvis Cocker, Earth, Uncle Acid, Hinds & more added to Desert Daze 2018 lineup
Desert Daze has just announced Phase II of its 2018 lineup with some pretty exciting additions. Jarvis Cocker has been added as a headliner, bringing his new JARV IS project — this is the first North American show for Jarvis announced. Earth will perform The Bees Made Honey in the Lion’s Skull in full, and Uncle Acid & The Deadbeats will play their only 2018 North American show. There’s also Beak> (Geoff Barrow of Portishead), West Memphis Three‘s Damien Echols High Magick, Hinds, Boogarins, Wand, Föllakzoid, Imarhan, Hand Habits, and Mannequin Pussy.
The 2018 Desert Daze festival happens October 12 – 14 at Lake Perris, CA with already-announced headliners Tame Impala, Death Grips, Mercury Rev (who will perform their classic 1998 album Deserter’s Songs in full), and Warpaint, along with Ty Segall & White Fence, Chelsea Wolfe, Malcolm Mooney of Can, Connan Mockasin, Preoccupations, Sons of Kemet, A Place to Bury Strangers, King Khan, Pond, Kevin Morby, Earthless, and many more.
