Jason Isbell shares "What've I Done to Help" off new album

Reunions, Jason Isbell‘s highly anticipated followup to The Nashville Sound, comes out May 15 via Southeastern/Thirty Tigers, and following the great lead single “Be Afraid” comes second single “What’ve I Done to Help.” It clocks in at nearly seven minutes, and it finds Jason churning out jangly folk with an underlying Grateful Dead-like reggae rock backbone putting an extra hop in the song’s step. And as has often been the case with Jason’s recent work, the music is matched by a powerful political message that feels especially resonant in this era. Listen below.
