Jawbreaker announce Portland shows w/ Swearin who have new tour dates too
After properly beginning their reunion at Riot Fest 2017, Jawbreaker continue to slowly add more shows to their tour schedule. They just played Seattle’s Upstream Fest over the weekend (where they broke out “Shield Your Eyes” for the first time since reuniting), and now they’ve added two more Northwest shows: Portland’s Crystal Ballroom on August 17 and 18. Both are with Swearin’ (whose Allison Crutchfield is also in Waxahatchee who opened for Jawbreaker earlier this year) and Thermals/Bangs offshoot Hurry Up. Tickets for night one and night two are on sale now.
Jawbreaker’s only other upcoming dates at the moment are in Austin in July (tickets), and Coney Island and Asbury Park in September (tickets). Updated dates are listed below.
Meanwhile, Swearin’ also announced a headlining tour with support from Philly noise rockers Empath, including a Brooklyn show on October 20 at Music Hall of Williamsburg. Tickets for that show go on sale Friday (6/8) at 10 AM with an AmEx presale starting Wednesday (6/6) at noon. All Swearin’ dates are listed below too.
