Jawbreaker, War on Women & Pohgoh @ Starland Ballroom (pics, videos, setlist)
Having recently played two Brooklyn Steel shows, Jawbreaker took their tour to NJ for the first time since reuniting for a show at Starland Ballroom on Saturday (3/30). They kicked their set off with a bang, opening with fast-paced classics “Boxcar” and “Want,” and they went on to play a set that was similar to the Brooklyn shows but not exactly the same. Making this one extra cool, they ended with Bivouac‘s ten-minute closing title track, which is truly mesmerizing live.
Like at the Brooklyn shows, War On Women and Pohgoh opened, making for an incredible triple bill. Pictures are in the gallery above. Jawbreaker’s setlist and some videos below.
