Jesca Hoop came through Mercury Lounge in NYC on Wednesday night (3/8) as part of a tour supporting her first album for Sub Pop, Memories Are Now. Her set was focused on songs from that album, which she worked on with producer Blake Mills. Hoop even remarked that she was performing certain guitar parts without the benefit of his presence before starting a solo take on one of the Memories songs.
