Joakim preps new LP, shares "Samurai," playing Knitting Factory & other dates

French electronic producer Joakim has released the title track from his forthcoming album Samurai, due out March 17 via Tigersushi / Because. Listen to “Samuarai” and watch the video for the previously released “Numb” below.

The new album is apparently about his life between New York City, Tokyo and Paris. At the moment, he has shows lined up for two out of three of those cities. For NYC, he’ll be playing a special live set at Knitting Factory on April 28. Tickets are on sale now. All tour dates are below.
