Joakim released a compilation on his new Crowdspacer imprint, DJing NYC soon

French DJ and producer Joakim, who you may have noticed in the crowd at both Faust and LCD Soundsystem’s shows this week, recently launched a new imprint, Crowdspacer. It’s a “club-minded dance & techno imprint and subset of his Tigersushi label.” The label’s first compilation album, Crowdspacer Volume 1, was released last month, with tracks from Joakim’s various collaborative projects, including Everyone (with Kindness), JHACK (with Bryce Hackford), and POV (with Crackboy).

Joakim doesn’t have a tour announced at the moment, but he’ll be DJing in NYC at Good Room on April 7. Entry is free before midnight with RSVP and tickets are also available.
