Joseph Arthur made a video for "Wishing Well," playing shows, NYC with Kristin Hersh & Joan As Police Woman
The ever-busy Joseph Arthur released his latest album The Family earlier this year, and he’s since made a video for its track “Wishing Well.” The video, which is mostly made up of shots of Joseph at his piano, premieres below. You can pick up the album here.
He’ll also be back on the road, with a US tour in September followed by a European tour in November. Before that though, he’ll do two nights with two other great artists at NYC’s City Winery this month. The first is 8/15 with Kristin Hersh (of Throwing Muses and 50FootWave) and the second is 8/28 with Joan As Police Woman (the long-running project of former Dambuilders violinist Joan Wasser). Tickets for night 1 and night 2 are on sale now.
Joseph also appears on a forthcoming episode of WTF with Marc Maron, which is set to air in September. That’s a shot of the two of them above.
