Having released her terrific second album back in Febraury, Australian singer-songwriter Julia Jacklin has been Crushing it on the road since. Out in North America with Portland’s Black Belt Eagle Scout, Julia hit NYC for two shows this week: Rough Trade on Tuesday (4/23) and Bowery Ballroom on Wednesday (4/24). At Bowery Ballroom, the crowd hung on every word, whether it was songs like “Pressure to Party,” “Pool Party” and “Body,” or the charming, funny stories she told in between songs. Black Belt Eagle Scout, meanwhile, released a new 7″ today via Saddle Creek and you can watch the video for “Loss & Relax,” and stream both sides of the single below, as well.
