Kelly Lee Owens shares “Anxi.” featuring Jenny Hval, announces debut album

London producer Kelly Lee Owens left her job as an auxiliary nurse at a cancer hospital to pursue a career in music. She met producer and DJ Daniel Avery while working in a record store, and contributed to his debut album, Drone Logic. That experience led to her learning to use Logic and producing her own music. After releasing an EP, Oleic, in 2016, she’s now announcing her debut self-titled album, due March 26 via Smalltown Supersound (pre-order). Check out the track listing below. The first single, “Anxi,” is available to stream now. It features spoken words from Jenny Hval over layers of vocals and techno beats. You can listen below.
