Political Data Inc (PDI) celebrated the launch of their new National Software Platform at the ongoing Netroots Nation conference in Atlanta on Thursday night (8/10). To help celebrate the launch, they had an event at Southern Exchange at 200 Peachtree with live music by Ashanti “The Mad Violinist” Floyd and one of Atlanta’s most politically engaged rappers, Killer Mike. According to the written setlist (pictured below), Mike opened his set with some songs off his most recent solo album, 2012’s R.A.P. Music, including “Big Beast,” the very political “Reagan,” and “Untitled,” for which he brought out the song’s guest rapper Scar.

Then he did a handful of Run the Jewels songs, more solo cuts, brought out Cuz Lightyear for “Pots N Pans,” and finally Killer Mike’s longtime associate Big Boi came out. They did a bunch of their collaborations, including Run the Jewels’ “Banana Clipper,” OutKast’s “The Whole World,” Big Grams & RTJ’s “Born to Shine,” “Kill Jill” off the new Big Boi album, and then a little Purple Ribbon All-Stars reunion happened when BlackOwned C-Bone and Rock D came out to join Mike and Big Boi on “Kryptonite.”

After the Big Boi songs, Big Gipp of Goodie Mob came out for “Cell Therapy,” and then Mike brought Bone Crusher out to end the show with their collab hit “Never Scared.”

Pictures of the show are in the gallery above. Check out some videos and a photo of the setlist below.
