King Krule performs "Live On The Moon" in new video

It’s no secret that King Krule uses the moon as a constant motif throughout his material, but a live video he released today takes this idea to new heights. A collaboration with art group Molten Jets, the video has Archy Marshall and his band performing on the moon! OK, maybe it’s not actually the lunar surface — he’s not wearing his helmet and the rest of the band don’t have space suits — but King Krule are definitely live, playing interstellar versions of several tracks from last year’s The Ooz, such as “Dum Surfer,” “The Locomotive,” “A Slide In (New Drugs),” and others. Watch below.

You can catch King Krule on tour this spring, where he’ll be making a stop at NYC’s Hammerstein Ballroom on May 4. Tickets are still on sale.
