Kylesa

Kylesa played NYC (specifically Webster Hall) a few hours ago, a feat they haven’t done in 17 months since they supported Mastodon at MHOW and Irving Plaza, and played Cake Shop in May. While’s it’s good to see the double drummer attack back in the tri-state, we couldn’t let the crew leave our fair city without getting a second taste. That’s why BrooklynVegan & 1000Knives are proud to present a suprise show for Kylesa with Hull at Public Assembly TODAY/MONDAY (10/25) at 7:30 PM. $10 will get you in, and the shindig is 18+

Kylesa has a new LP due on Tuesday (10/26), Spirit Shadow, via their new label, Season of Mist. The LP sees the band branching off sounds explored on their recent fave Static Tensions and into uncharted territory. It’s an enjoyable record, and one that will cause much discussion. Stream the entire thing now and dig on their new video for “Tired Climb”, as well as a live video from Webster Hall of the band performing the new song “Don’t Look Back” below. See you at the show!
