Laetitia Sadier Source Ensemble releasing debut LP, share "Undying Love For Humanity"

Former Stereolab singer Laetitia Sadier has formed a new group (groop?) while still retaining a solo stance. The Laetitia Sadier Source Ensemble features long-time collaborators Emmanuel Mario and Xavi Munoz, along with David Thayer (keyboards, flute) and Phil M FU (keyboards). Their debut, Finding Me Finding You will be out March 24 via Drag City and includes a duet with Hot Chip’s Alexis Taylor.

Here, though, is the album’s vibraphone-laden opening cut “Undying Love for Humanity” which isn’t too dissimilar from what Stereolab were doing in the late ’90s:

Laetitia Sadier Source Ensemble will be touring the UK and Ireland in April, and Laetitia will be performing solo at this year’s Big Ears fest in Knoxville, TN. All dates are listed, along with LP art/tracklist, below.
