Laura Jane Grace shares top 10 albums of 2019; Against Me! add dates

Against Me! frontwoman Laura Jane Grace spent much of 2019 on tour supporting her 2018 album as Laura Jane Grace and The Devouring Mothers, Brought To Rot, including an NYC show, a set at BrooklynVegan’s SXSW day parties, and much more. Later in the year, she went back out on tour, this time with Against Me!, as they performed Searching For A Former Clarity, New Wave, White Crosses and Transgender Dysphoria Blues in full throughout the fall, including a stop at Riot Fest. (She also read the Minor Threat chapter of Michael Azerrad’s Our Band Could Be Your Life audiobook) As the year winds down, she’s shared a list, in no particular order, of her top ten albums of the year on Twitter, including Purple Mountains, Sturgill Simpson, King Princess, and more. See it below.

Laura closes out the year with a few more Against Me! shows, including Every Time I Die’s Buffalo holiday festival ‘Tid The Season and New Years Eve at Denver’s Summit Music Hall. The band just added another December show right before Denver, happening at Austin’s Mohawk on December 29. Tickets to that one are on sale now.

UPDATE (12/10): Against Me! announced a 2020 tour, culminating in their appearance at Atlantic City Beer and Music Festival. All dates here.
