Lee Ranaldo, Bridget St. John & more playing upcoming Wesley Stace’s Cabinet of Wonders shows


Wesley Stace has announced the lineups for the next three editions of his “Cabinet of Wonders” music/comedy/literature series at NYC”s City Winery:

September 15 features writer/poet Sherman Alexie, Steve Forbert, Hollis Brown, Lucy Kaplansky, acclaimed novelist Tom Perrotta (ElectionLittle Children), former Sonic Youth guitarist Lee Ranaldo (who has a new LP on the way), novelist Madison Smartt Bell, and more (tickets).

October 13 features comedian and musician Dave Hill, Canadian musician/entertainer David Myles, comedian Aparna Nancherla, writer Annalee Newitz and more TBA (tickets)

November 17 features the Cabinet of Wonders return of folk great Bridget St John who will sing the songs of late psych legend and Soft Machine member Kevin Ayers. She’ll be joined by Kevin’s daughter Gaylen Ayers and the night also features novelist/ essayist Nicholson Baker, and more TBA (tickets).
