Lee Ranaldo signs to Mute for new album 'Electric Trim'

Former Sonic Youth member Lee Ranaldo has signed to Mute for his next solo album, Electric Trim, his proper followup to 2013’s Last Night on Earth. The album will be out later this year, and a documentary on the making of it called Hello Hello Hello : Lee Ranaldo : Electric Trim will screen at the Montclair Film Festival tonight (5/5) and Saturday (5/6). At the Saturday screening, Lee will be in attendance to play a few songs and give a Q&A.

In June, Lee is once again touring with Steve Gunn and Meg Baird. All dates are listed below.
