Les Savy Fav playing "Shine A Light" benefit before Brooklyn show
Indie/punk party animals Les Savy Fav were supposed to open for Jawbreaker in Coney Island in September, which would have been their first NYC-area show in over two years, until it was cancelled due to Hurricane Florence. They recently announced that they’ll return to the local stage with a headlining show at Brooklyn’s Elsewhere on January 26 with Patio, and they’ve now revealed that they’ve got another show right before that. They’ll play Long Beach, NY’s Junction on January 25 with Miss June, which is part of the Tommy Brull Foundation’s Shine A Light Music Series. Tickets for that show go on sale Friday (12/7) at noon. Tickets for the Elsewhere show are still available (same link).
