Liars & Jana Hunter @ Le Poisson Rouge (pics, setlist)

Liars made their way from Austin Psych Fest to NYC for a wild, strobe-filled show at Le Poisson Rouge last night (5/8). Jana Hunter, who opened with a great cover of Hall and Oats’ “Maneater”, opened the show. Pictures from it are in this post.

It was a great set from Liars — which now includes Pit Er Pat / Boredoms’ Butchy Fuego on drums — but we’ll save our commentary for after tonight’s show in Bushwick at The Wick (where Marnie Stern played last night). Tickets for the Brooklyn show will be available at the door if you’re looking for last minute plans. Their tour continues Saturday in MA.
